The Hon. Sharon Pratt, J.D., former Mayor of Washington, D.C., is currently Executive Vice President for Business Intelligence Solutions (BI Solutions), a company that brings innovative technology solutions and strategic consulting support to government and commercial customers. Ms. Pratt also serves as Executive Director of SCOPA (State Capitals Organized to Protect America), a non-profit association focused on promoting the Homeland Security requirements of state capitals across the United States. Other positions held by Ms. Pratt include Kennedy School Senior Fellow, Harvard University; Mayor, Washington, DC; Vice President Public Policy, PEPCO; and Professor of Law, Antioch School of Law. Ms. Pratt received her BA Degree from Howard University and her J.D. from the Howard University School of Law.
